While buried in Excel spreadsheets at the day job and working through portrait commissions, I needed to release some noisy energy that had been building. This second exploration in abstract painting began organically with a tree and some falling snow, but warm colors to contrast the cold outside. I kept going until it felt like it was about to burst – like my noisy brain sometimes!
